Six years ago I shopped for a new home. On my shopping list was "full 
TransACT service". My buyer's agent grumbled about "wouldn't I be 
reasonable". But I declined the houses offered with crummy connections. 
Until eventually I landed in Franklin, in the Gungahlin region. In a 
brand new house, with fibre to the premises! It can be done.
