bluetooth/wifi chip (and or driver) or on a saturated bus.

Have you tried switching your wifi to a 5GHz network? If you can't do
that, can you see if switching your AP to channel 14 helps? There should
be less overlap there. Or maybe use a channel width of 20MHz instead of
40Mhz?

That might help to narrow it down.

I'm not sure what Windows is doing when it switches collaboration *off* -
sounds like it's disabling channel skipping or something, where wifi can
notify bluetooth of the frequencies it plans to use and bluetooth will
then avoid those - but if that's the case it seems like turning that off
is the opposite of what you'd want.
