Is the "audit" still in progress ?  Or if the audit was actually
undertaken, were the findings released and reported.  I still find it
strange that there has been no reports in 2015.  

My search "+2015 Munich city council Linux" only returned pages from
2014 and later.  I tried several other search engines and again found
no comments made in 2015 on the audit, or on Munich's IT directions
for 2015 and beyond.
