One end fits a UCP blade - the on the other end three cables fits a
RJ-45 cable, a VGA socket, has two USB sockets.

Three short cables ending in connectors you'd recognize from the back
of a PC, attached to a single plug that you won't see on a PC. Cables
are (sometimes?) black.
