So 10-15 CLUGers met last night and discussed in a rmabling dort of fashion the
topic of "the future of CLUG"

We took a quick look at the begining of CLUG, where CLUG is now (attempted) to
define where we want to be in 12 - 24 months, and finally we defined a loose
plan on how to get there.

Generally the people in the room are happy with the structure and nature of
CLUG and would like to see it continue as is. Monthly meeting will happen
regardless of having a "formal speaker" lined up. In fact the informal 'chin
wag', 'isn;t this cool' format was highly praised.

Having said that theer are a few changes (some neccessitated by a Paul sized void):

* Most importantly! This is not a be all end all plan. Opensource is by
nature flexible. when this no longer suits we'll change.
* We'll drop PSIG as a regular event. Some PSIG content will be folded into
the regular monthly meetings. CLUGers are encouraged to organise informal
Birds of a Feather Sessions (BoFS) between meetinsg to get your geek/CLUG
fix. If any BoFS establish suffient momentum we can advertise them as
  happening things.
* I'll be the new speaker wrangler, Bob will be the focal point at "on the night"
* Dave (sorry I didn't get your last name) will be the Pizza dude for meetings.

We have speakers/talks lined up until June and we'll get them into lug-in-a-box ASAP.

The Decemeber meeting (Christmas day) will be repleaced with a 'yet to be
organised' BBQ
January's talk will be an informal chat about the awesoem stuff from LCA

The final ting I want to say is a big Thank you to Paul we hope you'll be at
CLUG meetings only more relaxed ;P

Yours Tony.
