I think you probably want IGMP snooping _on_ but any IGMP proxy _off_.

Some other things to try, although may not be available on the 7401vgp:
* If enabled, try turning off wifi auto channel and pick one instead
* Make sure any 'Client Isolation' or 'Guest Mode' is disabled
* Enable UPnP and multicast
* Try wifi with only wpa2-psk and aes
* Turn off Wifi Multimedia (WMM) extensions
