[clug] Modem recommendation

So my current modem randomly decides to reset, making me think I
should get a new one before it dies for good.

My ISP (MyNetFone) is recommending (and selling) the Netcomm NB16WV
(they list the specifications as having Gigabit ethernet, making me
think it's the v2) but I've found some reports online of it not being
the most reliable of devices.

Does anyone have any recommendations of a not-too-expensive
modem/router with wireless and VoIP support?
