The youth page gave ideas for becoming more familiar with Ubuntu.

The Ubuntu Studio multimedia distribution was reviewed. Installing it 
was explained. And a new user showed it off.

A screencast project showed how to install Xubuntu. And a new user 
showed their Kubuntu desktop.

Setting up a secure shell (SSH) server was explained. Followed by 
running graphical applications, and copying files.

An article explained customising a terminal as the background.

A continuing series on Scribus described how to insert links.

A forum poll concluded that Thunderbird was Ubuntu users' favourite 
e-mail client.

Audio and video editors were described.

Readers make helpful suggestions. A user liked flexibility but needed to 
do maintenance. A question-and-answer page was helpful.

A podcast was about a developer summit.

Contributions were requested.
