I read Issue #4.

There was an interview with a Ubuntu developer. A user described their 
experience of beginning with Ubuntu. Users showed off their computer and 
desktop. The need for FOSS was promoted. And readers' letters were listed.

Edubuntu's educational applications were explained. There was an article 
about setting up a safe system for a child to use. And a teenager 
described setting up a Web site for teens.

There was an article on using Scribus. And applications for blogging 
were described. Also an article explained how to publish code with 
Launchpad and Bazaar.

The need for care with sudo for root access was emphasised. The Miro 
audio-visual player was described. And a Wine applications site was 
reviewed.
