Abstract:	Jamie will be introducing his new MVC web framework
		written (of all things) in PHP: Hazaar. 
		
		For those wanting a sneak peek before the talk feel free
		to check out www.hazaarmvc.com. 
		
		Jamie will give an introduction to the Model View
		Controller system of web framework organisation. Then he
		will mainly be talking about the more coolerer features
		of Hazaar that other frameworks for PHP don't have:
		services, delayed processing and real-time signalling.
