Sure. re-pre-linking puts things in order. My worry was that I do not understand how I got here.
This was the result of a plain fedora upgrade (fedup).

I think that this was the result of failed cleanup of some packages, which left two versions of
some shared libraries. I had to remove the offending packages by hand (rpm --noscripts).
