[clug] Rebuild IFO files from a DVD?

Interestingly, if you take the negative video pad and set it zero,
then the genisoimage works just fine. I'm going to get a child to
watch an entire DVD and report to me if the finished ISO image is in
fact good, but I'm hoping that's the simple fix to the problem.
