[clug] DVI/USB KVM's and sleeping Macs

I'm revisiting sharing a keyboard between my Mac Mini and a linux desktop.

It's easy to make work, until I put the Mac to sleep...

The KVM switch creates a USB event switching away from the Mac and wakes
it up.

But worse, in sleep mode, the KVM won't always send keypresses, perhaps
because there's no power coming down the USB or the Mac has sent a USB
command.

Anyone got this working?
