It doesn't use NFC but this app can provide the user with their
current MyWay balance[1]:

It might be another way to solve your problem, or it may give you
other ideas. Looks like it's just a client interface to ACTION's own
"check balance" page:

[1] According to the developers' web page, there is a bug with this
