If people are interested in hardware simulation and synthesis using
Verilog, I could give a talk on some work I have been doing recently
writing an open-source cycle-accurate CPU "core", mostly as a learning
The Verilog is written to be suitable for synthesis on an FPGA and I
have been using Icarus Verilog (iverilog) and GTKWave (all open source)
to simulate it. Very hardware oriented, but mostly all done with open-
