I really like the look and features of the Fritzbox, but do either of
you know how far away you are from the exchange? I've been restricted
to Broadcom based modems for a long time due to poor lines but I'd
like to know how the Fritzbox would go.

For reference I went from 6 to 10mbit sync speed by changing from a
D-Link G604T to a Billion 7800N.
