The "I checked Snopes and it's real" is a nice touch.

Sadly, nothing else in this is new, or factual.

Please don't forward these things to the CLUG list without checking that
they're actually a) correct and b) relevant to Linux.  Your penance is to
email all the people you forwarded this to and tell them that this is a hoax
and to read up on security for themselves rather than trusting forwarded
emails :-)
