Which, as you say, means it was delivered from fn.samba.org to your
server more than once. I did some snooping and here is what is in the
log on fn.samba.org:
Apr 26 15:43:21 fn postfix/smtp[21997]: B16C6AD3D0: to=<pwarren at pwarren.id.au>, relay=pwarren.id.au[59.167.251.97]:25, delay=603, delays=0.06/1.9/0.84/600, dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (conversation with pwarren.id.au[59.167.251.97] timed out while sending end of data -- message may be sent more than once)
Apr 26 16:06:26 fn postfix/smtp[29586]: B16C6AD3D0: to=<pwarren at pwarren.id.au>, relay=pwarren.id.au[59.167.251.97]:25, delay=1987, delays=1386/0.02/0.84/600, dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (conversation with pwarren.id.au[59.167.251.97] timed out while sending end of data -- message may be sent more than once)
And so on ... There were 57 of these between Apr 26 15:43:21 and Apr 29
16:31:50 (whatever timezone fn.samba.org sits in). So you are lucky that
only 2 were delivered :-)
So, it looks like your server is taking too long to respond to the SMTP
conversation (which could be caused by your virus/spam checker if that is
done while the conversation is happening).
