[clug] simple traffic totals sorted by IP?

Hi,

Is there a simple way to monitor traffic on a network interface and 
produce a running total of traffic to/from each IP address, and sorted 
by total traffic? Something like iftop but with cumulative totals?

Bonus points if I can run it in a 'screen' session. No need for fancy 
graphs or anything.
