[clug] Modifying build flags of debian package

I modified
export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS:="$(DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS) nostrip"

to be DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS:="$(DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS) nostrip -DNOSMP"
but it didn't seem to help
