On Friday 02 September 2011 Scott Ferguson counselled :

	I inserted this line (sourced mainly from mtab) between the swap and floppy entries :

UUID=47C6-4FAE    /media/EASTON    vfat  rw,nosuid,nodev,uhelper=hal,uid=1000    0    2

	- and that at least did no harm but when I switched off and rebooted I was still asked
for the root password. Presumably I have got something wrong, or missed something? I am
wondering in particular about those conditions - might there be something amiss there?

	But something is happening because if I boot without Easton then I get a message
saying it cannot be found and asking whether I want to manual mount or to skip mounting -
skip mounting boots normally and gives me the SATA systems drive.
