OK, looks like that image is designed to be booted via PXE, so that rules syslinux out completely I think. You'd have to look at whether gPXE can PXE boot from an explicitly named file. That kind of Windows boot also seems to require specific DHCP options. We're now out of scope for this list ;) --Adam
