[clug] Donating to FOSS. What do people do?

At the NAA we've been releasing our digital preservation software as
open source for 7 years or so. In the last couple of years I've
advised a bunch of agencies on getting their code out there so I have
a few chunks of text at work about it that I'm too lazy to retype now.
I'll cc myself at work so I remember to send you something tomorrow.
