	Canberra Linux Users Group Meeting - 24th March 2011

Speaker:	Andrew Moss, Andrew Tridgell

Abstract:	Andrew Moss and Andrew Tridgell will be talking about
		the Canberra UAV project. 
		
		Canberra UAV is a multi-skilled team based in Canberra
		who are designing, building, integrating and flying an
		Unmanned Airborne Vehicle (U.A.V.). The goal of this
		team is to develop an UAV to compete in the Australian
		Outback UAV Challenge competition held in September in
		Queensland.This challenge requires teams to make a plane
		that can locate a person in a large open area and drop a
		bottle of water to them, without any remote control. 
		
		The Andrews will give an overview of the challenge and
		the work done by the team so far.
