Its really just an emergency thing. Our routers/switches/etc are already 
available via TCP/IP on an existing management VLAN, but we're looking 
to make it available if the network becomes unusable.

In terms of port count, I haven't counted exactly yet but its going to 
be either an 8 or 16 port job.
