Should be able to gain access via http://corsnet.lpma.nsw.gov.au/ but
I've never paid the licence fee to find out.

I've seen a thread about using 2 Openmoko Freerunners (one base
station, one roaming) to get extra accuracy

There's a demo using a beagleboard with a u-blox LEA-T4 module (~$200)
http://gpspp.sakura.ne.jp/rtklib/rtklib_beagleboard.htm and the paper
about that demo has a list of other modules that provide enough raw
data http://gpspp.sakura.ne.jp/paper2005/isgps_2009_rtklib_revA.pdf
