Your biggest challenge is that many of the ARM distributions are built
on top of Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC ARM devices, and as a company they
*loath* giving away programming details. :(

Aside from those driver issues, though, the answer is "all of them",
but especially any of the Android ones.

The real question, to my mind, is "why would you want to do that",
given how poorly desktop software maps to a touch interface and how
annoying virtual keyboards are to work on.
