[clug] Two questions about Tablets

I saw someone with an ASUS Transformer TF101 - and they *loved* their
detachable keyboard with it's extra battery...

The comments I've seen said "no 3G in Oz" (a deal-breaker for me), but
I've not actually checked that out properly.

I'm not sure if I want to go that route, but I'd like to be able to use
a tablet to properly type - which would mean a bluetooth keyboard (if
smaller ones exist).

My two questions:

 - Does anyone on-list use a Bluetooth keyboard with a Tablet (or with
anything)? Are there "gotcha's" or other warnings/suggestions/comments?

 - For extra battery life, are tablets efficient in charging from USB?
   I've seen those battery+USB charger thingys and could cobble together
   something myself if I needed/wanted.
   Any war-stories or comments?
