[clug] [WOT] Is there something like this for O/S, filesystems, tools and distributions?

[WOT == Wildly Off Topic]
Anyone point me to a satirical history of O/S's and distros?
Or their favourite tools/tool chains, apps, GUI's, ...
If not, with the collective genius of the list, we could create one.
I'd like an entry for ReiserFS [I've had to fix broken FS too many times
for others]:
"Reiser for a bet, invents a super-fast file-system that breaks when a
cat enters the room, showing exceptional AI ability but poor systems
code. Eventually has guilt-induced breakdown and is incarcerated."
cheers
