Looks like the same "let's complain by being obnoxious in the other
direction" again by deleting it because it doesn't run on Windows.

Can't recall the reference atm, but late last year (I think) there was
the case of some German people preferring the English version because
the German editors had stricter policies on some matters (and were
under legal pressure from the German government).
