Damn iPhone... sending stuff before I type.

What I meant to say was that as a former editor I know that the  
pressures on journalists are the same as any private software house.  
'Get it out, NOW!'.
Journalists are not, by and large, techies even if they are usually  
massive nerds. Journalists are expert researchers and should be  
reliable in delivering the results that at least manage to inform  
debate rather than mislead it.
