G'Day All,

I can burn .ISO's under Windows. But both K3B and Brasero do not wish to
work.

For K3B the error is "cdrecord has no permissions to open the device".
Which as seems odd as:

*plm at thunk:~>* groups
users audio cdrom video
*plm at thunk:~>* ls -l /dev/cdrw
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 3 2010-07-18 14:12 /dev/cdrw -> sr0
*plm at thunk:~>* ls -l /dev/sr0
brw-rw----+ 1 root cdrom 11, 0 2010-07-18 14:12 /dev/sr0

indicates it should have permissions (?)

For Brasero its an "unknown error".

Web searches have all ended up with either dead ends.

Any ideas ?
