I did a reinstall for F13 because I was coming from F11 and because there were
some residual nagging problems - Compiz not working, certain PulseAudio/Jack
interaction problems, etc. - that I wanted to clean out.

This is why it's always best to make /home a separate volume - after I
reinstalled I kept on finding that everything had remembered my personal
settings even if I had to install the package anew :-)
