Small. But noticeable.  What I do like is the ability to do this:

address=/doubleclick.net/127.0.0.1

and other malicious/annoying domains so that the non-educated kiddie
users who tend to just "click away to make it happen" don't get to
places they shouldn't or install things they shouldn't.

I have at times also pointed dnsmaq at various publicly available blacklists
