[clug] Change timezone of Apache log file?

Hi,

Actually, it's only half fixed. By default I log to other_vhosts_access.log
and in there the timezone is correct:

# tail /var/log/apache2/other_vhosts_access.log

...  [04/Dec/2010:14:50:18 +1000] "GET /

But one site that has a separate log file still gets the old time zone:

# tail /var/log/apache2/blah/access.log
[04/Dec/2010:04:53:29 +0000]

But I can't find anything in the Apache documentation about setting a
timezone. Weird.
