How much money is at stake? Can the client just walk away?

1. TPA says goods have to be of "Merchantable Quality".
   There's reasonable redress available.

2. Office of Fair Trading in NSW and QLD are port of first call.
   Next are ACA and TNT. This guy is a serial offender, good tabloid TV.

3. These clients already rejected your advice.
   If you bail them out they'll not appreciate any heroics
   on your part.
   Unless they're family, I'd walk away. It can only end badly for you
