I'm not sure if it's privileged information, but the first parts of the trial involved hand-picked employees, and was then opened up to volunteers within the corporation who lived in certain suburbs and could meet certain conditions about placement of housing and location of meters, etc.

From my vague recollection the scheme provides no means for the customer to buy and sell, nor does it allow the customer to see the instantaneous price of electricity being delivered.
