Both the 1.66GHz Atom N280 on the EeePC with Intel 945 embedded
graphics and the dual core 1.8GHz E2160 with Intel 945 embedded video
in the desktop are perfectly fine streaming iView.
http://speedtest.net  currently has me at 6.00MB/s down which tops out
iView's line test.

In theory 1.5MB/s is all you need, but what does speedtest say about
your actual speed?
