FWIW, *if* job adverts are posted I would prefer to see the summary, at least,
of requirements and expectations.  That way I don't have to context-switch to
the browser to read what the details are, but can dismiss them more easily.

I have neutral feelings on the topic of job advertising in general, but agree
with some of the comments here.  OTOH, Solaris and Linux are close enough that
there is at least some cross-over.

Um, and I hope that my signature isn't grief-causing in this regard.  I assume
I would have heard complaint before now if it was, but just in case...
