[clug] CMS usage in Canberra

Believe it or not my main requirement at the moment is popularity,
preferrably in Canberra. I know that doesn't sound like it should be a
requirement, but it is.

Thanks for the responses so far too, everyone, they've been quite
informative.

commercial end of OSS there's http://www.squiz.net/

There are other options out there as well the two options just mentioned
are php. There's also perl, python, and other language based options as
well. Do you have a clear set of requirements at the moment?
