These guys http://agileware.com.au/ support drupal. While, at the more 
commercial end of OSS there's http://www.squiz.net/

There are other options out there as well the two options just mentioned 
are php. There's also perl, python, and other language based options as 
well. Do you have a clear set of requirements at the moment?
