Are you serious?  Integrating a CAPTCHA login system shouldn't be more
than a day or two of work, which should run you well and truly less than
$10,000 including costs.

Are you seriously suggesting that your company makes so little profit
that you have absolutely no budget for services?  Ouch.

I mean, you know the business and all but, really.  That would have me
polishing a resumé in anticipation of the whole thing folding soon. ;)
