I'm not sure what browser or web page fetching program you're using, but these
all work for me. The SSL certificate for lists.samba.org is self-signed (or,
more precisely, signed by the Samba master CA); but this is nothing out of the
ordinary. You may need to go through the process of accepting that
certificate - in Firefox it's a number of hoops to jump through - but there's
no harm in doing so for that address.
I tested all the links you posted and they all work for me.
