We have been using IINET, naked DSL for office VOIP/PABX and Internet a few years and it's great value. Upgraded to the Annex M option 18 months ago too.

Transferring phone numbers over was the biggest pain, which I simply gave up on in the end. Other than that everything else has been good.

(IINET support has been good as well when things have gone pear shaped, but this is rare.)

Highly recommended.
