has the latest jchempaint. Which is OK for 2D structures.


I couldn't get it to work with 
java version "1.5.0"
gij (GNU libgcj) version 4.2.4 (Ubuntu 4.2.4-1ubuntu3)

But it seemed to work with sun java.
