A colleague has been told by his executive office that:
"no professional organisation he knows of doesn't use Outlook"

I have been pondering a response that I could give this colleague
to offer forth. Anyone care to share how they might respond?

Anyone care to share what their professional organisation uses
instead of Outlook?

Any good surveys or reports available on the Web that could be
used to counter this assertion?
