[clug] what to do... what to do?

yes - it is a perfectly good 32Gb storage device on Ubuntu Linux (and
that other operating system). But being a greedy bugger, I was
wondering if such a big chunk of storage could be made to do more that
just sit there holding onto stuff, on any machine I chose to stick it
into.

Will explore the PenDriveLinux stuff Mike suggested... but any other
suggestions gratefully received.

My long-term goal in all this is to be a part of 'the cloud', but
independent of the technology... oh, and at zero cost...
