So it would be hypothetically illegal to hypothetically mention vlc 
plays dvds. As does, xine, mplayer, totem etc as long as you have the 
correct decss libraries installed? And also hypothetically illegal to 
talk about dvd::rip if someone wanted to hypothetically back up their 
dvds to disk as they scratch and have a limited life span.
Ok well let's not do that if it's illegal, we *should* take the law 
seriously. The rule of law really is important even if politicians seem 
to refuse to respect it.
