[clug] tracking assignment of ip addresses

Had a quick look at this one and iptrack. This one has dhcp and dns 
support which I don't need, but does have some support for cable 
management which would be useful. I'll have to take a fuller look 
another time. Anyone have any other thoughts/suggestions?
