I don't know where it's (sic) gone either... but I do know a much better tool. Try Kon-Boot http://www.piotrbania.com/all/kon-boot/ Boot from CD/floppy/USBKey/PXE, after a minute or two of dos era scrolling ansi banner you are presented with your normal login (be it Windows OR Linux). Log in as any valid user - no password required. ;-p
